FAQs & Other Info
-How far in advance should I book my session? I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to inquire about availability as dates fill up quickly and unexpectedly. Paying a deposit holds the date for the session to ensure your spot.
- Do you require a deposit? The sitting fee is considered a deposit and must be paid in full to hold the date for your session.
- How do I order products? After the shoot, we will schedule a time to meet either in person or via zoom for you to select your images and place your order.
What packages and products do you offer? Product information will be discussed during a consultation prior to booking your session. Digital images and print products are separate from the sitting fee.
- Do you accept payment plants? Absolutely! Payment plans suitable to your specific budget are accepted with terms.
- What if I don’t know what kind of session I want right away? No problem! I offer free consultations via phone or zoom to help you decide on the perfect session.
- Is there a travel fee? All travel fees are included in session price for Eugene, Springfield, and McKenzie River locations. Other locations outside of these areas may be subject to a travel fee.
- What is your turnaround time for delivering images and prints? Typically 4-6 weeks but that can extend to 6-8 during peak seasons.
- What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel the session? Rescheduling a session is acceptable with no additional charge up to 2x. After the 3rd attempt to reschedule, a $100 fee will be added. No refunds on deposits made for holding dates on scheduled sessions.
